This document, ADV Part 2A - Firm Brochure, contains information Prime is required by the SEC to disclose to clients and potential clients. It contains information about Prime and the way Prime conducts business. The ADV Part 2A Firm Brochure was adopted by the SEC in July 2010 to replace the old Form ADV Part II in a more user friendly brochure format.
